Policy:
Deposits:
Payment in full is required to confirm all dozen or ½ dozen cookie orders. Specialty amounts up to 50 cookies will require a $35 non-refundable deposit. Specialty amounts above 50 will require a $75 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance for specialty amounts is due on or before the pickup date. I cannot hold or reserve any order without payment. Please note, I am unable to save or hold dates unless payment has been made. Once your order form is submitted, your date is temporarily reserved for 24 hours. If you do not complete the checkout page, I will release the date.
Please only place orders if you intend to pick them up as no refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission for a refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds:
All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the scheduled pickup date. Refunds are issued only in the event of damage or order non-fulfillment caused by MAM’s Kitchen & Bakery. During pickup, before leaving with your order, please inspect it carefully. Once your order is accepted and you leave the premises, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given. The product becomes your responsibility once it is in your possession. Transporting your order is your responsibility. If your order is damaged during transport, no refund will be given.
Pickup:
All orders are pickup only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Delivery services are not available.
Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order unless an alternate pickup person is listed on the order form at the time of purchase.
Each order is assigned a thirty (30) minute pickup window on the scheduled pickup date. Failure to arrive within the designated pickup window will result in a late pickup fee of $8 per half hour, charged for each hour or portion thereof.
Please ensure timely pickup to avoid additional fees and to maintain product quality.

Creative Freedom:
Please note that all orders are considered “creative freedom”. I will make every effort to replicate reference photos, however, not all details will be exact.
